Stuck
written by lost_cause11:15 PM 9/12/04all of the things that hurt me
have stopped and gone away
somehow i refuse
to go away and leave this place
the pain has stopped
and yet it burns
for liberation
my heart yearns
i want to be a part of this
i want to be included
my whole world fell apart
when the darkness intruded
the pieces have been scattered
never in one place
i fear i'll never find them
or have them be replaced
ripped into a million parts
thrown across the sea
my soul will never be whole again
from this prison i won't be freed |
