» Poem: Smashed Porcelain Doll
Smashed Porcelain Doll
written by Emo_Death_Wish

When will I get out
When will you hear the words I say
I don't know if I'll get through the day
I ask a question, but know the answer
I feel the anxiety falling back in
I've gripped this too hard my hands are white
Got to find find a pin
Closing my eyes I see you
Open them, you're not there
I'm crying, you don't know what to do
So through my mind I peer
I'm lying on the darkness
Spinning, falling faster
Listen to the sound of the crying lark
I hate this disaster
Hold your arms tight around me
Let me cry on your shoulder
I'm far from where I want to be
As your heart grows colder
