Healing

I swear that I'm fine
I won't feel like this too long
It's just going to take time
I'll have to heal slowly
Not all at once
My heart is still broken
The demons still haunt
I may need a tiny cut here or there
But when one appears, please don't be scared
I need to feel real
I need to know I'm alive
I won't do it bad
Please don't cry
I hate making you feel bad
But I still need the pain
Without going slow
I can't win this game |
