Identical Differences
written by lost_and_forgotten

I found a boy
Who has stolen my heart
It's too bad he doesn't notice me
We live a world apart

He likes this girl
We're said to be twins
We aren't though
She always wins

All the guys like her
Much more than me
But we're so alike
How can this be

If I am so perfect
If I am her twin
If I am so pretty
Why can't I win

If I am so sweet
Like you always say
Why do you hate me
More than her anyway

I get made fun of
Cuz I look and act like her
But she's obviously better
My emotions are a blur

Everyone likes her
And no one likes me
Yet you say we're alike
I really can't see

How we are the same
Yet nothing alike
How everyone wants her
For me "Take a hike"

No, I don't get it
How she is so good
You should like me too
If we were truly twins, you would
