Left Alone

because i can't go on
you've left me here
so soon i'll be gone
i'll parish from this world
since you've left me alone
ever since you've been gone
i've been cutting to the bone
i needed you there
to help me through
but you've left me here
with nothing to do
everything i knew
taken away so fast
but i should have know
nothing ever lasts
so for now
i'll say my goodbye's
i hope someday i meet you
in the heavenly skies |

| "nothing ever lasts" true, that really makes me think, i found a friendship which has practically just gone down the drain, too good to be true and now its gone |
