hurting, once again

pick myself up
by myself...
i've gained my self-confidence
only to be dragged down
once again
im weeping tears
once again
pain, it hurts so much
it hurts that i cant bare it
i hurt inside
my heart dying
once again....
im lonely just like i was before
rip me apart
once again....
why?
how can i still
hold this heart
its been ripped,
torn,
broken,
betrayed.
but here i stand
still strong
still brave
not letting go
because i know
ive been through hurricanes
and come out again
i can get through this
and still
come out stonger
than ive ever been |
