» Poem: Unlike You
Unlike You

Without you by my side,
I'm so lost, you were my guide.
You were my doll; you were so sweet,
My love for you made me complete.

I lost you, and I can't find you,
all our lives together, but now we're through.
Can't understand, what happens now?
My next action's to take a vow.

This vow of love, this vow of trust,
I'll swear my life to make it just.
My next love, will greatly be,
a lover's last sad plea.

To right what's wrong, let all now know,
I'll brighten darkness, and make it glow,
with signs of hope, with sings of life,
and swiftly rid all of strife.

I'll move on, and live anew
with all this pain that hurts straight through.
But I'm very glad I did not cheat,
unlike you, I hate deceit.
