The Demon Within
written by DarkAngelBlood09:27 PM 6/9/04| The Demon of the night, prowls around out of sight. He steals souls of the bad. He waits til light to retreat into his dark beyond. He will not come out in the daytime because the sun's rays burn his flesh. In peace he will not rest. He's been totured through and through, he looks ill and blu. Scars of beatings run deep within his skin. Screts of his past, not to be told, never to be sold. As the sun goes down, he comes out. At the blink of an eye, a calling of the whippoorwill flies by. That's his signal to let you know he's here. You can't see him, but you can feel his presence lurking in the escence. You smell the roting corpses he carries, he dumps tha bodies in a well. The Demon is sort of childish, playing with people's broken fingers and toes. the Demon is surly gross. As the Demon's deeds are done, he slips back into hiding never needing anyone. |

(Explanation for this poem if you don't get what it means: Ok people, this one in particular is about me. I kind of steal people's souls. They fall in love with me and I crush their hearts and take their souls. I don't really bury them, or play with their fingers or toes. It's more like a proper goodbye. And I'm always alone so therefore I need no-one.)
