» Poem: Burns
Burns
written by DarkAngelBlood
10:13 PM 6/9/04
Your radiant soul, is crushed
By mine, one that kills
You seem to rise, too high
I get that feeling in my stomach
In the pit, deep and dark
I want to hurt you
I can't stand your happiness, it burns me
So I gotta make you die
Make you hit the ground
The darkness that surrounds
It leads me to strike you from behind
So let this be some lesson
Don't do this to me, so unfair
You're undoubtbly unaware of how I feel
You ask me irrelevant questions
I have no choice
I sigh my sadness and answer
I try to give you a signal to feel what I feel
Can't you see it in my eyes?
Is it so hard that it seems like I lie?
Every breath of air you take
Every forced smile you fake
Brings me joy somehow
Don't let me go, it will burn
