A mere shadow

To tell me how you feel
Tell me it's all been a joke
And it was never for real
Wisper to me what I want to hear
Come close and say it in my ear
I'm always there, around the corner
I'm always here, the wind in your hair
I'm always with you, but you don't care
Why let go so easily?
Your girlfriend's with you, but it doesn't mean anything
You're still so lonely
You say you hate
So what's new?
What would happen if I just called you?
