» Poem: My Vampire Tragedy (IV)
My Vampire Tragedy (IV)
written by KaoticKitty87

I drifted silently through the forest
seeking him in vain
would I ever find him?
the thought drove me insane
I became frantic
even called his name
I love him more than ever
wondered if he felt the same
tears of desperation
slowly flooded my eyes
he said he would meet me here
I wondered if he told lies
I came upon the brook
with its steep waterfall
I could feel him coming close
though no sound could be heard at all
he whispered my name
chills went up my spine
I couldnt believe he came
would he finally be mine?
he pulled me close
enclosed me in his arms
suddenly I stiffened
did he mean to do me harm?
he sunk his teeth into my flesh
it felt so sublime
then suddenly I realized
I was going to die
My eyes widened, breath quickened
so it was all a lie?
I thought I would be sickened
I dropped to my knees
in a helpless state
then he cut his wrist
for my sake
he forced me to drink
then soon I realized
he was turning me, into his kind
the price to pay for loving evil....
an eternity of jealousy, love bittersweet
