» Poem: angels sang |
angels sang
written by devilchild0105:13 PM 11/23/04There was a love
that knew no bounds,
which slipped into my heart.
We both shared
A life of fleeing from hounds,
hope sparked when we first met.
I found my place within his heart,
my heart plead to keep him for eternity.
Blessed from above,
The angels sang for me.
But instead him I found a monster.
A monster drawn to dark.
Fled from the screams of Man.
my love reaches into your mind,
shields you from their hatred.
In this world so full hate,
where my angel fall from grace.
You could have come and found,
my lonely hiding place.
You could have stayed with me
I begin to wish and hope.
My love can set you free.
Your love can set me free,
I begin to see these people will not go.
Will not stop their hate till we are dead.
You reach out with your soft hand;
you guided me thought my darkness
Now its time for me to repay you.
My love for you will show through.
I can’t hate them, when they brought me you?
Within this world of loneliness,
we both stand on top of the highest point.
We reached the end of the world.
We took the jump.
Fell a thousand feet and landed in heaven.
The angels now sing to us.
to repay our love and never fading hope. |
