You feel it all the time
written by DarkAngelBlood03:32 AM 6/11/04Hurt is nothing new. Bite down on the pen cap and chew. Stick it out this time for real. Why is it hard for you to tell me how you feel? Aren't you sick of running, sick of hiding, sick of lying? I am sick of you, sick of your attitude, sick of the things you do.
I am the leech, but you're just too far from reach. The guilt washes upon you like waves at the beach. We've never been here before. It's too soon to tell what's in store. But it's too late to forgive this anymore. Aren't you sick of running, sick of hiding, sick of lying? I am sick of your ways, sick of these days, I am sick of not being able to throw you away.
The pressure consumes me and starts to pull me down. It's time to decide when, never or now? I need to let go, this is all I know. I am sick of living, sick of lacking what I need. I'm sick of giving, sick of you taking with all of your greed. Are you ever ashamed when you cry? Are you ever ashamed when you lie? Why do you always run and hide? |
