In Between School Portables

Being close to you means I'm so far, because we're not even close at all.
Being far from you, means I wish we were close again, but you run in the long haul.
Keep your distance, are we enemies?
Seeming like we're nothing at all. Just without the memories.
Seeing you away, but just within eye reach.
Seeing you close, it hurts within me.
Just go now, and I'll try to be okay.
I need you here, because if I don't see you, you don't exist.
I'm not faking reality, I have faced it.
I do it everyday.
I survive the impossible.
Just go away, so there's no cause to be probable.
I'm dying in your presence, not that far across the room.
I could say you're nothing, but somehow I still love you.
Do you want harm? I don't want that.
I don't need to go looking for pain, it's clear.
I forgot about you, I think. All I have left are recollections that are clear.
