» Poem: "Failing Dawn"
"Failing Dawn"
written by maledeth

I have, no more time for my dying self.
In chant, I fill my voids.
I have, many words to avow for hell,
But time had given me less than choice.

I wilt to speak in my wanting uprise!
A man who had not endeavored life's grace.
Now I succumb to a bitter demise.
As my slumber greets me, You'll forget my face.
The face you've never seen.
The eyes you've never fathomed.
Just like everyone in this fucking world.
Without a chance to redeem our pride in death.

As I awake to my disrupted descension,
Somebody take my hand and look at me!
And ask me what, ask me "what can I imprison,
In my mind as forever etched amonition?"
To take away the coming of day,
And taint the routine dawn, As they proclaimed to I.
Life will go on without clue of thine.
Make my words remembrance.
Tell the tale of eyes so dark, they made you think.
Make me forever in mind.
As a man that crept from failing dawns.

Tell the tale of a man with words so sharp that they all understood the pain, as clear disdain.
I refrain from world for now, but my eyes linger in the mind. Of the one who took my hand, and made me forever.

Don't we all live to be remembered? We all die to be forgotten, that's for fucking sure....But I, I want to be a memory....
