It comes and it goes
It goes in and out with the flow
Sadness.
It is that coolness in the breeze
It is that thing that makes people stop and freeze
Sadness.
It hits you like a bus
It hits you when there is no one to trust
Sadness.
It is the thing that will make you cry
It is that thing that makes you want to die
Sadness.
It is the one feeling that I feel a great deal
It is the one feeling that I hate to feel
Sadness.
It is the thing that hit me tonight
It is the thing that made me want to hit the lights
Sadness.
It is the feeling that you gave me
It is the feeling that will save me
Sadness.
It is what you made me into
It is what I won't give into
Sadness.
It is the straw that broke the camel's back
It is the thing that fills the empty sack
Sadness.
It has been caused all by you
It has been called for...now what to do?
Sadness.
It struck me when I saw her name
It struck and angry flame
Sadness.
It has turned into rage
It has turned another page
Sadness.
I hope you know what you have done to me
I hope you know that you have a name to be...
Sadness.
It makes me know who you are
It makes me know just how far
Sadness.
It takes its toll now
It take its final bow
Sadness.
Yes, now it is rage
Yes, now I will turn the final page! |
