» Poem: Gone With The Sin
Gone With The Sin
written by Morbid Angel

Suck it in, last breath of wind, gone with the the sin. One person so different in a short space of time, ran into the distance, the deepest depths of my mind. But it hasn't dissapeared from my head or my heart, something once special can never be forgot. Trying to put together the pieces will only cut my skin, it's like glass once it shatters, too broken to fix. Words they lie empty like the darkness of the night, I got too weak to keep it and too tired to fight. I'm sorry for letting go when I could have held on, I'm sorry I'm stupid but once it's gone it's gone. With one wave of the sea or one blow of the wind, the thought of you will always crawl under my skin. Once something was lost but never was found, let it lie broken without making a sound.

I know the title is of a HIM song, but it used to be my "Deni Song", don't ask.
