how can you say that?

and wonder,
how dense can
you be?
how can you
take your pleasure
from my pain?
i tell you
my deepest secrets,
yet they don't
seem to have
any impact,
for you never
remember
that i mask
my misery
with too much
happiness
to be real.
and i apologize
for my stupidity
but all you
say is:
"that's ok ,
it makes me laugh"
i can't beleive you,
i thought that
you of all people
would understand
my hidden pain,
i guess
i was wrong |
