» Poem: broken crystals
broken crystals
written by devilchild01

I sit here on the floor with a puddle of dark red crystals around me. With the knife still in my hand. I run the blade over an uncut part of me. A part, which was, untouched clean from the dirt of hate a part that knew what love was. A part that had your love till you broke my heart into a million pieces, with your words ‘ I don’t love you ’. Crimson red drops fall non-stop to the floor and shatter to pieces my puddle of broken crystals has grown into a lake of hate. Im drowning in hate unable to rise above this feeling just wanting you to take your words back before I leave for good.
