» Poem: I Would Listen If You Let Me
I Would Listen If You Let Me
written by Morbid Angel

"I Would Listen If You Let Me." How are you supposed to listen if you already made me scream. Over my cracking voice you won't hear a thing. "Hold Onto Your Heart"? With what? You broke everything that was left of me. "Don't Look Back And Don't Remember." That was always my plan, my original idea. "No One Will Love You Like I do." Too right they won't, simply because you don't. "Theres No Escape." So I must be destined to this fate. Watch as it fades. "The Wrong Will Always Hit You Much Harder Then The right." What if this twist never exists?
