You'll never understand how I felt about you
You'll just remember what I couldn't do
You'll just remember what I wouldn't do
I have figured you out
I have your flaws down pat
I know what you're about
I memorized your features
like the back of my hand
When I sleep, I'm not sleeping at all
I'm wide awake staring at the ceiling
When it's day, I wait for night to fall
And with my mind I kill all your feelings
You see what you have done to me
But you're blind and miss what I've done for you
I mended your wounded heart
And you proceeded to break mine in two
You're different from who you used to be
I'll remember this new person |
