» Poem: Imaginary Love
Imaginary Love
written by psycho_bunny

I watch you from afar,
you almost seem imaginary,
like a dream a dared to dream and failed to stop my mind.

Despair fills my heart knowing that were far apart,
and I am once again alone.
You parish in a blink of my eye,
that is why I cry,
each and every night.

The darkish light invades my brain,
it kills my hopeful thoughts,
and digs me a grave,
and I feel no disdain,
for I am as a corpse,
lifeless without feeling,
dead to this world.

So do your worst,
I will not curse,
your nothing to me,
but yet everything at once,
you leave me here to weep,
but my love for you still wraps around my dying humanity and all that was once good in me.
