» Poem: Wouldn't have to be sad |
Wouldn't have to be sad
written by lost_cause02:36 PM 1/24/05To smile, laugh, run and play
Would be my only dream
If I could go back to my childhood
And not hear a single scream
Running through the backyard
Painting on the walls
To relive a brand new happiness
I would give it all
Maybe if I had been hugged
Picked up every once in a while
Actually feeling affection for once
Then now I'd be able to smile
To be free and energetic
Living life like a real kid
I wouldn't be so sad
I wouldn't have done what I did |
