» Poem: From the sea
From the sea
written by Firequeen
02:53 PM 1/26/05
The shutters scream at me as the wind of rage sweeps over the open field
From the sea.. wild and free

The cold air hits towards my skin
am cold, all the way in.
It's a reminder of what has been

The rain is tears of heaven, crying over my mistakes
sadness of the earth
From the sea.. wild and free

Drops through the roof
my singlethinking youth.
It is my only proof
