» Poem: My other half
My other half
written by cryptic_misery

Here's that sensationless passion you bring
The tears of my blinded angel sing
I thought this past was supposed to fix the future
Take her hand then turn and leave her
Showing a thought drift through time
Each one to pass, you steal what is mine
A single dream of a whole life living
One small moment of hope that still means nothing
I want to feel this heart to heart
And quit crying every night after we part
My other half, stop screaming at me
Leave me alone, and let my heart be free
