» Poem: What I'm Not
What I'm Not
written by Xx_mistik_xX

You look at me and think,
That I’m just a normal person.
You have no idea.
You think my life is great,
No worries, no cares.
That’s a load of shit.
Take a look at me,
I’m more fucked up than you could think.
I’ve got scars on my wrists, and one still on my neck.
Sadly I never died.
Wish I did, truly.
The screaming, the abuse, the taunts.
The bruises my parents leave me with,
The pain tearing me apart inside.
Sure I look like an everyday person.
But I’m not.
