» Poem: Don't know what to call this.
Don't know what to call this.

I was standing all alone,
Wondering why I was there.
And then you came along,
I thought you never cared.
I asked out loud,
Why did you send me her?
It's nothing like now,
We're still not together.
I came home one day,
And there you were.
I wish I had my way,
To never see you with her.
I looked her straight in the eyes,
I felt like I knew her.
Maybe from a past life,
That face I'll remember.
I turned away,
And never looked back.
There was no need to,
Cause yesterday's my past.
All the feelings I kept within me,
I started to feel them again.
You called what I did sinly,
Tell her that's why we're not friends.
But she did the same thing,
I get blamed for what you say is attention,
But you're not quick to think,
How now I feel rejection.
Hating everything about you is nothing to me,
Loving every part about you is harder for me.
If you hated me too,
That'd be normal.
But if you loved me too,
That'd be horrible.
It'd feel weird cause you'd be lying.
It'd feel weird cause I stopped trying.
