» Poem: The darkness consumes
The darkness consumes
written by vampire_princess
11:14 PM 2/20/05
The darkness consumes,
Yet again I lose,
I didn’t choose,
This horrible fate,
By the time I had realized it,
It was just too late,
I just got yet another pile of shit added to my plate.

The sun burns,
I desperately yurn,
To learn,
What it is like,
To live life,
Without carrying a butcher knife,
And wanting to take my own life.

The water flows,
As I step in,
And I begin,
To slowly drown,
Then get put into the ground,
Without a single tear drop to be found.
