Song from the grave
written by KaoticKitty8712:05 AM 2/22/05dearly departed, I miss you so much
how I long for your sweet touch
I look now at your pallid lips
longing to give you one last kiss
I want for your eyes to come alight
and remind me of those precious nights
I want for you to sing
and show me the happiness only you can bring
I wish for you to come back to me
and put an end to my misery
I wonder why you ever left
Im all alone dealing with your death
when you jumped my heart went with you
and now nothing can subdue
the pain I feel now that you're gone
so I will sit with you a sing a song
I will sing of the way you made me feel
of how love felt so surreal
I'll sing of the way that I will never know
if I could ever let you go
my love will always be there
no matter how great the despair
I will sit with you forever singing this lament
while my soul prepares for the great descent |
