You Left Me Here To Die
written by cryptic_misery06:29 AM 3/1/05Sitting alone in the blustering cold
Among the evening forgotten
No stars in the sky
No soul in this flesh and blood
No life in this bitter black hole,
This sin well known as my body.
Why is my heart cooler then ice?
This blizzard storm blows over me
But who am I to sit here and cry?
You finally left through the exit..
How can I shed these tears so bleak
Wishing for you to come back
Why would I WANT you to come back?
Putting me through misery, agony, and fear;
Suffering all these years!
And yet I want you back...
......... or DO I....??
I don't know..
So I sit here...
Sitting alone tonight...
You left me... again...
You left me
Sitting alone in the doorway
Screaming your name out again
Wishing that I could be dreaming
Of when we got along..................
Sitting alone in the blustering cold
Among the evening forgotten....
Where you left me here to die.... |

=( That's depressing. Not much else to say, really... Nice use of words, but try putting a new spin on it. |
