Blinded (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE COMMENT.)

All the pain and sorrow of a curse and sin
Looking in your eyes I'm reminded
Of why I am weak and you are blinded
Because of the blur that you cast upon me
Of why I'm forever unable to see
Weighed down by this burden on my shoulder
Not being able to carry it on much longer
Feeling this force pull itself over me
Squeezing me tightly till my being is free
I keep beating my fist against the frozen surface
As I drown, with pride in my dispair,
Dying; with a purpose. |
