» Poem: A painful twist
A painful twist
written by Bloodfilledcinnabuns
09:29 PM 3/12/05
a cold rough hand upon my face
the memory of that horrid place
a perfect moon seems black and blue
all you thought they never knew
of beatings from my history
my marks remain a mystery
from screams within a black heart night
though nothing there was in my sight
i could feel my neck within a hold
of angry grips so black and bold
my breath simply slipped away
before i ever really got to say
i was sorry and i wanted to talk
but now only memories stay to stalk
and here i am talking to you
its amazing what you can live through.
and i know i might seem crazy too
but daddy i still love you.
