» Poem: no guarentee.
no guarentee.

You weren't there when I was little you were doing drugs.
Instead of being with you baby kissing and giving hugs.
You weren't around untill I was four or five.
Before then I wondered if you knew I was alive.
But you made up for them days the best you could.
Going out of your way more than Dads should.
Then something terrible had occured.
Your life was going down so fast it's mostly a big blurr.
You were dying in front of me slowly everyday.
There wasen't an action I could do or word I could say.
You would just hold me close and let me know you cared.
I'd tell you I loved you, your reply was that you'll always be here.
You need a transplant but you got open heart surgery.
Now you're on a breathing machine.
But for your life there is no guarentee.
