I Can't Help But Cry

I can't help but cry
I can't eat or speak
Or even sleep at night
I don't know what to do
I hate feeling this way
I just want you to hold me in your arms
And tell me everything's ok
I wish it could be that way
But somehow I know that'll never be
How can we ever go back to the way things were?
