Suffering No More

That was left on my back
Cracking my bones and
Impairing all I stood for
So I'll never stand again
And this torment and torture I suffer
From this never-ending afflicting virus
Seems to only stretch my wounds
As thin as the dangling thread
That holds me together with myself
I thought I could patch up the holes
And stitch up the seams
Erase every scar you left
But I grow so much weaker
I'm not able to fix your mistakes
Though I wish I could...
My head just started pounding
Louder and louder it gets
Until I cut off the strings
And fall to the floor... piece by piece |
