Going Unconscious

Brutally beaten and bruised
A heart pounding until black and blue...
Tightly grabbing hold of my neck
Thrown up against the wall,
I'm choking....
Squeezing until pale-faced
And I'm blacking out again....
Adrenaline slowing...
Last thing I saw, and remember
Was you crying
And my red eyelids....
Last thing I felt
Was you holding me
Until my hand went limp..... |
