» Poem: What It Was
What It Was
written by DarkAngelBlood

I'm looking for someone that I'll never find.
I'm looking for someone who consumes my mind.
I'm looking for someone who'll never let me in.
I'm looking for something that could've been.
We couldn't see that far ahead,
Time would break us down.
We'd lose this suddenly,
Now we're left lying on the ground.
Alone we had our ways,
We never could agree.
Together we wouldn't share brigher days,
None of this could be.
I'm looking for someone that I'll never find.
I'm looking for someone who consumes my mind.
I'm looking for someone who'll enevr let me in.
I'm looking for something that could've been.
All of it started slow,
We'd build up what we had.
Until we came to know,
How we'd fall so fast.
It's like in that movie, The Butterfly Effect,
The child had to be stillborn.
To prevent many deaths.,
Now no one mourns.
