» Poem: Spinning around my Head
Spinning around my Head
written by mattwhatever

I still don’t see things any clearer
The one I love seems no nearer
She came into my life like a whirlwind
Together we’ve sinned
She’s stuck spinning around inside my head
I’m in oar of every word she’s ever said
We can’t be together theirs two many obstacles
If we don’t avoid them, we’ll both take falls
But theirs something about her, I can’t be without
My life my memories are filled with doubt
I can’t help the way I feel
The way with a look she makes my heart reel
My eyes are open but I’ve been blind
What we share is hard to find
To open up my heart feels me with fear
Everything I felt I once held dear
Maybe I don’t know what love is
All I know is it’s her I long to be with
