» Poem: Lost Inside
Lost Inside
written by DarkAngelBlood

Dark enemies,
Dark energies.
I can't sleep,
I'm so afraid.
If I sleep on my back,
will I ever wake?
I woke up with a
bruised neck.
What's next?
I don't want to die,
I don't want to live.
I have to stay alive,
But I can no longer give.
I saw the red glaring eyes,
They looked back at me in the mirror,
How could they be mine?
This vision's getting clearer,
And the darkness drawling nearer.
I'm running out of time.
I still can't dream.
I'm still looking for the silver line on the cloud at the
end of the seams.
If this was ever real,
You have to make me believe.
Because I think it's fake,
I give not anymore, so I take.
Take what you took from me,
Take what you could never see.
I have more time on my hands,
Now I can finally understand.
I can figure it all out.
It's not difficult like it was before.
I'm lying on the floor.
And I'm getting a good grip,
Of what the ground feels like.
Because if I play your mistake again and trip,
I'll feel it all again; this spite.
