Faded.

When did your eyes lose that sparkle
You always look so scared now
Your eyes always look red and puffy
Tears fall freely
Although you pretend they aren't
Asking whats wrong
All you say is nothing
You still expect me to make this better
You still rely on me
It's not happening this time
You were never there for me
When i was the one crying
You were just too busy
Too busy with your own life
Nothing ever really mattered
Aslong as you were happy
Life isn't always great
And i won't always be there
I can't do anything for you
That you can't do for yourself
Just put on a fake smile
Go day by day
Soon enough your sadness can fade away. |
