» Poem: A Little Smile...
A Little Smile...

Looking into the past,
Seeing if I will last,
Through the days that aren’t spoke of,
So indifferent they aren’t heard of.
Little by little time draws to its end,
For now I have thanks for a friend,
Hearing the many ways to go,
One must choose but never know.
Thinking hard about what to gain,
When never to return again,
Precious memories of happiness,
For all those I have god to bless.
A lover who is always there,
People who will always care,
Blissful tears roll down my cheek,
As it is my turn to speak.

A love granted by heaven above,
A truth favored like the white dove,
A little smile,
Went a mile,
I thank you for what you’ve done.

As I walk from the stand,
I can hear those clapping hands.
A blissful smile upon my face,
This is all from gods good grace.
