Darkness In My Heart

The wheels will turn
You will think of me
Close your eyes and
You'll know who I am
Cause that's the way you are, were
And the way you'll always be
look to me you will see
I don't want any part
In my eyes it's you I despise
Cause now you know you caused
The darkness in my heart
Now you feel the pain
The pain you can't help but give
Now you realize I'm the one
Who made it all worthwhile
Come to me for help you will know
It's all too late now
You left me at the gallows
You saw me danglin at the hangmans noose
You left me dyin, didn't bother to cut me loose
I'm wading in the shallows
I look hard into your eyes
You see you don't want no part
Cause we know it's you I despise
Thanks to this darkness in my heart. |
