silent death
written by psycoklownluv6902:42 AM 4/23/05Silent cries
Drowning in shame
Drawing lines
In blood; in pain
Carving words
Into her chest
Inching towards
A bloody death
She starts to carve
On her wrist
Envisioning the scar
With a twisted bliss
Rivers of red
Drips from a gash
She’s almost dead
Just one more lash
Tracing lines
On her throat
She slowly dies
Blood stains her coat
Then the bell rings
Awakes in shock
It was only a dream
She looks at the clock
It’s after noon
Three more hours
Till she goes to her room
In the corner she cowers
She pulls out the knife
To relive the dream
She takes her life
Without a scream |
