Mind of Loss
written by SuperBob09:01 AM 8/13/04| Trying to stay on track is an easy thing for many to do...But unlike you...I have difficulties doing the simplest of things...I can tie my shoe and brush my teeth...But its the bigger things that get to me...I don't which way to go...even if it's a one way street...I'll look around for hours searching for one thing...Never realising...That I hold it deep within...Finding out the time is fine...But ask me and I'll tell you a line...It won't be so cut and dry...I'll break it down and wet it too...I understnad why I try to get through so quickly...Because if I take my time I get thrown off key...I can't remember what happened two lines up...but I can remember when my dog was a pup...He was tiny and silly and I followed him around...Now he just sits there and smiles to me from the ground...But what was it that I was writing of...that plan I had in my head?....see I can't remember...and so now goodnight I bid...But I won't go to sleep and relax just yet...For it doesnt happen like that for me...It will take me so many hours still...Even more than three...Because my mind won't shut down anytime soon...I'll be lost in thought till tomorrows noon...And tomorrow never comes...So when does this will this ever end for me?...I'm told it's because I'm young...but fuck that thought...if I was young it wouldn't be happening...So go to hell and take each thought...Because now I'm over with...I did my part...No longer will I try to out do my mind...I just don't have that kind of time |
