technology animated.
We're all living on rented space,
we're taking next generation's ace.
Up in ashes, dust and carbon.
Congratulations!!!
Politics, selfishness and economy won,
all in the effort to meet our expectations.
A fraction of what we were we have become,
knowledged are many, but wise were some.
Irritated looking away towards what's gone.
Feelings are faded,
the world has mutated,
of ourselves we energy raided.
Claiming to be many, we.. our race, is one.
All to soon we will be gone.
Self destruction is our fate,
just look at the ozon rate.
Shift the clock,
we cannot stop.. and return.
In sorrows we shall burn.
Determined is our end,
off this failing path.. none may bend.
Towards the armangeddon that we created,
we are rushing without notice.
Our footprints will wanish before winds of explotion,
we will make it... I promise.
As ignorance and incompetence is our radiation,
children.. to mother earth mutiliation. |

We are still increasing the outlets of CO2, of toxic gasses, fuels and so on into the atmosphere. Into the ocean, and into the air.. We are going to blow up our own home, knowing it.. and doing close to nothing before it is to late.

| Wow, your poem is really outstanding. It also scares me, because of how true it is. It seems like we are children were doomed from the beginning. Great Poem.
