Typical Day
written by TowelytheThing11:54 PM 5/31/04I wake up in the morning.
And fall out of bed.
Then when I try to pick myself back up.
I slip and hit my head.
The picture falls off the wall.
And shatters to the floor.
I slam my face into the door.
And feel terribly sick.
I change my clothes.
Brush my hair and teeth.
I grab my Boston Red Sox hat.
And walk out of the door to school.
My bookbag feels light.
And my cell phone is beeping.
I forgot to do my homework.
I don't know what subject.
Cos I'm always sleeping.
I walk into the schoolyard.
And watch my friends be stupid.
I think about my boyfriend.
And all my crushes.
Looking at the guys playing handball.
And future loves.
The bell sounds off.
We walk into class.
I take my seat.
And find I have no pen.
My notebook is missing.
And I have a headache the size of Canada.
Some classes go by.
And I fall asleep.
The teacher yells at me.
But I don't care.
I walk home and drop my cell phone.
I cracks even more.
I see a certain guy.
And I drop by the fence, and onto the floor.
I walk into my house.
Take and asprin.
Fall asleep.
Do my homework.
And talk on my computer.
I call my family.
Play with the cats.
I cut my knee.
And that's all that.
A typical day. |
