The Truth Remains
written by DarkAngelBlood

Ch:Because I've been so silent,
It seems like I'm dead.
But the truth remains,
I can't get you out of my head.

V1:I wish I could make things clear,
So you would be near.
I made things up,
I wish you were here.
You stayed the same,
But I've changed.
You've gone far and now we're apart.

Ch:(Repeat)

V2:You lash out at me,
So pissed off, you don't have to be.
If we could take everything back,
You wouldn't act like that.
Kindness is something you lack.

Break:Don't look at me that way,
Don't talk to me that way.
I still wish I could take it all back to this day.

2nd Ch:Because I've been so silent,
It seems like I'm dead.
But the truth remains,
I can't get you out of my head.
I've been hurting and alone,
It seemed like I could make it on my own.
But the truth remains,
We're both still so cold.
