My name is Yami. I refuse to go by my real name because I\'ve been made fun for it for almost 12 years. the name Yami suits me better anyways - in Hebrew it means: the Wife of the God of Death. i have nothing to really say right this second, but i will tell you this: most of my poems are about real expierences that i or another close to me have had. each and every part has and underlying meaning. When i wrote Wake Me Dead i\'d expected it to be one page long, but the words kept comin\' and i kept writing until it was 3-4 looselief pages long. I wrote that \"blindly\" which means that after i wrote it, i forgot what i wrote - literally. i had to read it over 3 time before i completely remembered, even now i forget and read it again. i started writing poetry in 8th grade one day when my friend Allison (aka: Allie) wrote me a note in class in the form of a spell/poem. i wrote back to her the same way and eventually couldn\'t stop writing. later still in class, our desks were filled with poems and spells for almost every kind of magic(k)! it was awesome. and until this day - i write - A LOT! most of you know that i am also a Satanist - but in an odd way. i don\'t fully worship Satan(the way it sounds...)and i worship myself in a way too. Most of my poems have depressive thoughts in them or actually are about the Devil himself. That\'s where most of my ideas come from. Well, i gtg b4 my studyhall teachers bitch a fit, Yami
ps: this was copied from my profile on the poetry part of the site! ^.^ |
