Web of Lies

numb and cold is how i was left by day
everything fades
the spider web of lies is made
everything i knew is gone
how i dread the arising dawn
close my eyes, curl my body into a ball
i have now reached my downfall
how could it be this way
everythings now just another shade of grey
things i believed to be true
now i learn they were all but lies, now what am i left to do
why did you use words to lie
deep down i break soon I'll cry
you lie, you lie, you'll always lie
now I must say goodbye...
break from the web you made
goodbye to you, to your mind my existence to fade |
