» Poem: A Fire Inside
A Fire Inside
written by lost_cause
06:04 PM 9/12/04
Rage held in
Where to begin
My sin
Overflows
Grows
I chose not
To be sought
Always caught
I'm dead
My life was led
By sin
God hates me
Gave up on me
Made me bleed
Look and see
Life is pain
There is no gain
Unlike a game
That you can win
All this sinSurrounded in
Hate
It burns
My stomach turns
So much hurt
That fire inside
I can't hide
The sin
Engulfed me again
God forgave
Washed my sin away
Now I'm free
Once again happy
